Tutoring Services

I provide individual and small group virtual and in-person tutoring sessions in Middle School Math and High School Math. I also provide Regents and SAT Test Prep.

About Me

I am an experienced special education math teacher.
This background allows me to anticipate areas where students often struggle and to clearly break down complex tasks into manageable pieces.
Being successful in math, especially for students who struggle, requires them to be proficient in using a calculator. For Algebra, the student has to be comfortable and knowledgeable with how to use a graphing calculator.
This understanding can be the difference between passing or failing the NYS Regents and many other tests.
I also work on building student's math confidence and test taking skills.
*NYS certified in Math and Students with Disabilities Math for grades 5-12
*Over 15 years of tutoring experience
